Pretty high numbers being thrown around. Keep in mind, the PSP's best holiday, 07, did 1136k in this period. In 08, it did 818k.

Was looking at FFX's PS2 boost. It's pretty huge, but hard to tell for sure how many it sold when GT3 released so near it. I doubt it's close to anything like 500k, though.
Anyway, keep in mind that FFXIII has only 17 days to sell in 09, compared to NSMBWii's 30. It will sell lots of PS3's, but many will lie outside of the year's end (or before December, at least).
