PS3 will surpass 360 sales, this is a fact. PS3 is still a young platform while the 360 is already old. What i want to say is that the ps3 has a good future to come, the quality of exclusive games will increase a lot due to the bluray and the high-tech, sales will constantly increase or at least they will stay stable, while the 360 is now already pushed to its limits, so the sales won't increase a lot because people have already seen everything on 360.
When? I say during december 2010.
