i had an awesome time with the SNES, but to me, PS1 has exceeded it, not by much, but it still did. the major draw point for me was the final fantasies 7, 8 and 9. without those, i would vote for the SNES, but since final fantasy 8 is my favorite RPG game of all time, i'll give it to PS1. to each his own. =P
