Again: what I said has nothing to do with owning one, I'm drawing a correlation between ownership and experience.

There's no provision in the rules for throwing out his vote, so that goes agianst the spirit of the rules set forth in the topic.

And there are many people who are voting for one system without ever having playd the other, so you would have to discount many, many, many votes.
