You want a good solution? After you die lock the viewpoint to a third person above and slightly behind view. (that means you can only see what is above or in the close immediate radius, but not the entire view of the player.
That'd be a lot easier and better than taking away my Party Chat, since I only ever play games like CoD when I have a few friends I want to play with.
