MS to remove Party Chat?

I don't play a lot of COD on-line, but as far as Gears go, it's pretty obvious when a team is party chatting.  You'll see members of the opposing squad magically avoid the most well placed of grenades, and instantly know exactly where you are, even when you are nowhere near them.

That being said, I've been given the same information from my party before, so t doesn't bother me.

If developers choose to do this, I'd like the option to mute the other team.

That's another annoying part of party chats, but I'm guilty of doing the same thing myself so I shouldn't complain.
