Hmm, very good point, and it's also up to the companies themselves. Like Netflix...they already knew they'd be bringing Netflix to other consoles from the begining, and the CEO expressed this in an interview about 2 months ago now. The Xbox360 was just the launching platform. So in a way, it's a gift and a curse to be an Xbox360 console, because companies gravitate toward it initially to have a large install base, and they know they'll profit, it's also a great console to gauge consumer reception. However, if it's a success, then it's unto another console for more results. I personally don't have a problem with this, but it's nice to know where the REAL benefit comes from with Xbox Live, and why i'm paying $35-$40, each year for it...in my eyes, that benefit is growing thinner, and thinner very quickly.
