It does not. I have fixed a few. The HDD is married to the consoles individual motherboard. If you move it to another system it will have to reformatthe HDD. If you fix the YLOD you keep all your saves.
You can fix most YLOD's which can come from a bad power supply, BR drive or motherboard heating issue. The PSU and BR drives are just swap outs and the motherboard issue requires access to a heat gun and a youtube tutorial. If you got any questions hit me up I have 2 broken PS3s that I have fixed.
Getting an XBOX One for me is like being in a bad relationship but staying together because we have kids. XBone we have 20000+ achievement points, 2+ years of XBL Gold and 20000+ MS points. I think its best we stay together if only for the MS points.
Nintendo Treehouse is what happens when a publisher is confident and proud of its games and doesn't need to show CGI lies for five minutes.
