not exactly.. that is pushing it a little too far.

what i would do is look at the disc, and if the disc looks really bad, then i will show it to them and say 'we could possibly have a new one if you are interested in that.' if the disc looks completely fine, there is really nothing i can do.

but usually i will try to stop it before it gets to that point. if somebody comes up to me and asks if we have a game, i will say, yes we have it 49.99 new. if they asked, whats the used price, i say five dollars cheaper. lol.

This is honestly embarrassing.
