Demon Souls vs Batman:AA....which will win surprise of the year?

I vote Demon's Souls. I swear, this game is THE definition of sleeper hit. I think almost everyone who paid attention to the reviews and game trailers of Batman: AA knew it would be a decent game. My vote goes to Demon's Souls.
