That's right, the game didn't have a hard part per se, just some confusing parts that blocked you sometimes. Most people mistake difficulty in this game for lack of knowledge on how to bring down the enemies, since they usually go for the usual method of body shots or decapitation. In a crowded room filled by necromorphs, that's a sure fire way to get yourself killed.
