This does seem like a good idea, but as FootballFan says, the current format of gaming we know today may be outdated in a couple of years, substituted by a more interactive medium like this one.
Plus i'll take reality over any game at any time of the day, since I can take my Golf GTI to a racing track and do a few laps whenever I want too, and there's no experience like that ;)
