I would say Insomniac like many other's, but what multiplat game has it ever released.
Koei, and maybe Atlus but they don't make that many great games.
Rockstar I think is a hidden given as no matter what they try and lean towards sony, (AGENT)
Even though they had to cancel GTA$ exlcusive they make up for it with and exclusive game which is differnt to Episode from liberty city as that was a bought exclusive (40 million changes anyone's mind)
