My point is that if you're going to create a table that tracks the progress of the predictions and then don't update it because the numbers don't match what you want them to be is bias, and if you do take on the work, then you don't have a reason to complain about more work, as you took it upon yourself to do it, so yeah it is bad to wait around, just because the numbers don't fit what you want, either update when the numbers come out, whether you agree with them, or don't take it upon yourself to keep track in the first place. They weren't anywhere near the milestones when he started, but he did start it, and unless he says he's giving it up, he should update when the data is available.
