Borderlands won't get RPG GotY because it isn't that fantastic as an RPG. It's dominantly a FPS with a nice bit of RPG hybridisation to keep things interesting.
Also your best portable/DS/PSP section makes no sense - surely games that make the list for best portable should also be on their respective consoles list?
