Both Heavy Rain and Alan Wake are extremely unproven and either or both could turn out to be huge flops (or gigantic successes). So if AAA is defined by popularity (as opposed to production values) it is way to early assume either of them will end up an AAA title.
Also both Splinter Cell Conviction and Mass Effect 2 might very well end up being multiplatform with some timed exclusivity. Especially as it seems Bioware has managed to do a good port of Dragon Age to the PS3 it should bode well for an eventual PS3 version of Mass Effect.
White Knight chronicles I think will in its western incarnation end up as a solid roleplaying game, but not a huge seller.
