nah, people improve over time (after severals bans) but there is always news members that you have to educate to make them understand
what they can do and what they cannot !

Maybe there aren't enough people being banlisted, Havent heard that before what exactly is it?

oh, it is nothing in particular. I was just using this word to refer to people that are often banned and that may, one day, be banned for life
or ... learn how to behave in a forum !
