Pretty simple. Most good games don't sell the quantities they should :P. Especially true on the Wii. I think it's too niche for the main userbase. Time will tell. |
First, you used the word good which is a subject term and is meaningless in this argument. People have different definitons of what a good game is. Secondly, you are on a sales site and can therefore look up the Wii and see how well third party software is selling. Hint, it is selling very well. Therefore there is no need to cherry pick the two or three games that people have already blogged to death about. There are two or three games that can be cherry picked from the library of the HD consoles as well. Thirdly, Disney games and characters are not niche. They are mainstream and Disney also releases Dvd movies all the time featuring their characters. Not to mention they still have the Disney Channel and will also advertise their games there.

If Nintendo is successful at the moment, it’s because they are good, and I cannot blame them for that. What we should do is try to be just as good.----Laurent Benadiba
