I for one would not fix that thing, that's like dropping a hotdog on the floor and expecting to get a new one from the vender for free because it started to taste like dirt...
Is this guy filing a lawsuit against Sony? If Sony is really wrong for not wanting to fix his system then he should put more on the line, especially after those photos pretty much destroyed his credibility in many people's eyes.
