I've had the 20GB 360 for over 3 years now and it is plenty of room. I have Gears of War 2 installed on it and still have a few demos and movies etc. You can always delete stuff, if your looking to save cash then grab the 20 gig over the 120 elite. Also, Live is usually 50 a year but you can find deals on slickdeals quite frequently for $30 or $40 for the 13 month card.
Had to change my sig to get some moderator to quit bitching about it......
