You should buy it, but not for the Jet Skiing. There just isn't enough of a game in that one to captivate you for any longer period of time. It works great between bowling, swordplay and archery, but in no way can it stand on its own.
And Wave Race 64 is the best racing game I have ever played. I wasn't as taken with Blue Storm, but I blame that mostly on the fact that I haven't spent more than 20 minutes on that game.
