I agree. Which makes the first video quite irrelevant, and looking at it and saying "great physics" quite odd, the best you can say is "great visual deformation".

The handling is the important part, and I'll take the word of expert drivers and simulator conoisseurs when they say that Forza 3 is spot on.

As for the roll-overs, I'm again surprised when people claim "great physics". They don't look totally weird -which would be a sign of really bad physics- but that aside the only way to say "great physics" would be to see how accurately they simulate reality.

And without a damaging system that properly deforms the models no game will have "great physics" for such events, that imply a lot of anelastic impact effects.
