Let me clarify for people that can't read very well and those you try to say this is not a good deal.

I used $55 in FREE gift cards to Best Buy to purchase 3 games using the buy 2 get 1 free deal (2 left 4 Dead, 1 GTA 4).

I received a FREE copy of Halo 3: ODST at the Best Buy midnight launch of the game from a drawing.

I traded in those 4 FREE games plus Halo 3, Batman: AA, and my original Left 4 Dead to Gamestop and received a whopping $185 in trade in credit using the tiered trade in deal going on where you receive 40% extra credit for 6 games or more and 10% more for using the Edge card for a total of 50% extra trade in credit.

Original cost I paid for all 7 games = $185 + tax, trade in credit received = $185, loss = only tax.

I used a FREE $50 gift card on top of the $185 to have a total of $235 basically free credit toward the $400 purchase.

The other $165 will be covered by trading in my existing 60 GB unit with all the white accessories for it.

Total money I spend = $0, all I lose is 3 games that I don't play anymore.

I gain 190 GB HDD space, CoD: MW2, custom paint job, all new black accessories including 2 wireless controllers, and a new 3 year RROD and E74 warranty for 3 games I don't play anymore.

You can't get a better deal than that, period...

Just because you got the games for free it doesn't really change the fact that you traded 7 games plus accesories for 190GB and 1 game... Might be a good deal in your eyes since you not really losing money on it, but that stuff is worth 3 times as much as what you get for it.

If you think that a handful of mostly old games that will eventually be worth about $2 each are worth more than the best console bundle of the generation then you are not the sharpest tool in the shed and need to get the hell out of my thread...
