Home Alone 1 & 2 are pretty good I feel. After that the franchise pretty much went to hell. A couple of the Christmas Carol adaptations are more than watchable. The black & white Miracle on 34th Street, that is a fine holiday film. Another good black and white oldie is 'It's a Wonderful life. Polar Express with Tom Hanks doing voice work (came out in 2007 i think) is also good.
My favourite Christmas film would be The Muppets Christmas Carol from the 90's (1993 I think), it is just so amazing and I have watched it every since 1998 once a year with my family on Christmas Eve.
