It is Muchausen's syndrome. Clear cut case really.
Edit: To expand Muchausen's syndrome is when a person pretends to be sick in order to get attention. Sometimes the person themselves will not be ill but will fake the illness in someone close to them. Most often when done by proxy it is a young child being used.
