Which version of Borderlands should i get(PC/PS3)?

hmm so PC version maybe better, but only 1 problem maybe my PC spec.

Core 2 Duo E7400 2.8GHz ,RAM 3.25 and GF 9500 GT.

I'm not sure it will good enough compare to PS3 version or not.
