Baten Kaitos 1 PAL does not support 60 Hz. But because it's an RPG, the 16.6 % loss in speed doesn't harm the game as much as it would hurt a racing game.

 Actually, because of the card-based battle system, some slowdown may actually be advantageous.  I know I sometimes wish I could slow down the attackers so that I can get a shield in for the first hit...
