I would get a DS, but since most of those games, except FF: Gaiden i've already played on a emulator, it's kinda hard for me to buy one. I'll borrow my sister's DS when Gaiden comes though, since new DS games aren't so well emulated and emulator updates are beginning to become scarce, so I guess i'll pick up Echoes of Time too.
