Nokia better kick Apple's ass either in court or settling... They file patents that everyone has to follow, and they don't even do that with other companie's work...
I was hyped about the N97, but after seeing the N900 specs and the OS (Linux-based Maemo 5) i'm waiting for the phone to get released here (with US 3G)...
