Both FIFA and Madden are required by license owners to be released on all available consoles (just like Tiger Woods and many other sports games). MS would have to release them on both Wii and PS3 or lose licenses to other companies. So buying EA for them is useless. And many SE franchises don't really interest western audiences (DQ has never been big outside Japan) and japanese could abandon SE after MS has bought it so I doubt it is worth the price either.
