It is quite obvious we aren't going to agree on the rest of it, but I have to point out this sentence right here. There have been very few announcements on all consoles including the HD consoles from Japanese games. Most announcements are for Handhelds. Actually, tell me one "big" Square-Enix announcement for HD consoles since DQX's announcement. From the looks of it, the biggest is FFXIV, and that will sell 1mln(if that) at most on both platforms(PC+PS3). On the other hand, they've been announcing PSP and DS games every month. Tri-Ace is a supporter of HD Consoles, but as a developer they aren't big, and the only thing they really announced was End Of Eternity and a few 360 games going to PS3. And that is about it. Most of what you see on the HD consoles are long announced projects from before the generation even started. So it isn't as PS360 focused as you may think. Well in the Japanese sphere of things anyway.
