Although I've yet to play Uncharted 2, knowing from Uncharted 1, RE4 pretty much is the basis for that kind of game. So really I have to go with RE4 because when I played that game there was just nothing like that ever. Really one of the most influential games of this decade as it transformed the new genre of cinematic action games (just without the survival horror part now). Really amazing how big that game was for developing in the 7th generation.
