I also agree on RE:4. It changed a lot of things, many games adopt its third person shooting style. It's almost everything RE should have been from the start. But, like CGI mentioned, U2 is also becoming one of those game-changer series. It's mixing TPS, puzzles, platforming and action very well. Biggest bang for your buck on the PS3 right now.
