the development of next gen consoles was as early as 2008 says so by Ubisoft. And in that time we dont know if the companies are developing next gen games prior to that.
Just admit it, even gaming companies thinks this generation was a mess. it takes atleast 3 years for the PS3 to catch up and even if it is it takes too long to outrun the Wii.though thats what Nintendo was planning all along...
end of core gaming days prediction:
E3 2006-The beginning of the end. Wii introduced
E3 2008- Armageddon. Wii motion plus introduced. Wii Music. Reggie says Animal crossing was a core game. Massive disappointment. many Wii core gamers selling their Wii.
E3 2010- Tape runs out
