If you consider that your saving the whole console after 6 years, its a lot of return on investment and doest take a financial analyst to catch that.
Price of Xbox live for 6 years = 300$
Price of PS3 = 300$
If you wanna play online for the next 6 years and purchase a PS3 instead of purchasing an Xbox you just received a free console...
