1- Short, repetitive GP mode.
2- Extreme rubberband AI
3- 150cc getting 3 stars is based on luck (you either get hit with lightnening, 2 blue shells then a red shell all in a row 10 seconds from finish line or you don't)
4- New tracks mostly bland.
5- Some of the retro track choices suck, are much better ones they seem to have passed over.
6- Communication in online in any form...or lack of.
7- Battle mode sucks
8- Luck overall plays too big a role in position.
9- GC controller support.
10- GC controller support not banned from the online races or time trial leaderboards at the very least.

1 - Shorter than what? Double Dash? well I suppose as Double Dash had the last GP where you had to go through all 16 tracks, which I personally liked, but you can't argue it isn't still more repetative than MKWii.... as for MK64? there was barely anything to do in that once you beat the 4 cups, in MKWii you can set up your own GPs with as many tracks as you like (admitedly need to unlock them first)

2 - Seems to be opinion, as I didn't find it any different in MK64 or DD.... well actually, MK64 I did spend a lot of time trundling along a blank track in the lead, but that wasn't due to the lack of rubber-band AI but the difference in item balance.

3 - Odd, because I have gained many 3 star ranks even when being hit by lightning/blue shells all the time.... I got a 3 star rank on the second cup even though I had 6 blue shells (plus other items) thrown at me on DK Snowboard Cross.

4 - If there was some kind of quantifiable way of rating blandness then I suppose it would be the amount of different things happening on the tracks... MKWii has more of this, having said that, the tracks which have more stuff going on (Toad's Factory, Coconut Mall, Koopa Cape, Bowser's Castle) are some of my least favourite of the new ones.... counting only the exclusive tracks, I would say Double Dash has the best selection, followed by MKWii, then MK64 a decent way behind (haven't played long enough on SMK or MKDS to rate all the tracks)

5 - Agreed; Peach Beach, Shy Guy Beach, Desert Hills and Mario Circuit 3 should be replaced.

6 - I have no desire to talk to random people, but yes Nintendo should have enabled some form of Wii speak (with a headset option) from the beginning, but this is not really an actual problem with the game, but with Nintendo's online structure.

7 - It's better than MK:DD (by miles) and better than MK64, but yes it still sucks... the only reason it is better than MK64 is because the online portion isn't bad... thing is it could be fixed by simply having the option to break into 3 or 4 teams as well as just 2.

8 - It plays it's part yes, but if it didn't then people like me and Rol would never get beaten except by each other... it's nice to be kept on my toes knowing that I have to keep performing my best as people like you (who can't get a 3* ranks with a few blue shells) may be able to pass me if you et a good power up.

9 - That's a negative?... personally I don't like the GC controller option, it's not good for doing tricks/wheelies at the same time as steering, Wiimote+nunchuck all the way.

10 - No need for it to be banned, but would be good if there was some sorting options, like sort the leaderboards by contoller option instead of just viewing the overall top ten.
