I'm assuming it will have the same features as the 360 Netflix until shown otherwise which means you have the movie party option thing where you can watch some movies with friends.  No need for the PSEye.

What about a Jessica Alba cutout?

I'm afraid that's one thing the PSN doesn't give for free; you'll have to get that yourself.
