Netflix is so last gen - Instant 1080p streaming is the new thing today. You are outdated.
Just kidding. Xbox Live is still the greatest experience I ever had on a console. Twitter / Last.FM / facebook won't change that.
I really want to say something here:
When this Bluray-rumour came up a few days ago, there were thousands of people saying "MS has to eat crow" etc etc. Now Sony keeps on supporting digital distribution and people are saying "great thing, they offer something new on the PS3." I do not get it. A mean person could say Sony is now really pushing BluRays biggest enemy.
I am glad that the PS3 pushes Video on Demand. First that is the "format" I want to have in the future. Second that makes MS to push Xbox Live even more. In 2008 they had the NXE with avatars and Netflix, in 2009 they have Zune videostore, Twitter, facebook and Last.FM. So what is coming in 2010? Maybe something like a video gamercard with Natal? who knows, but I am happy that MS has to make Xbox Live better and better.
Imagine not having GamePass on your console...
