I have a post average of 1.81 posts/day. I generally use ~ 10 minutes to write a post. I also browse a fair bit of threads that I don't post in, but those are becoming fewer and fewer.
So, between 30-60 minutes, I'd estimate.
I guess one could say that the amount is close to: Posts/day * minutes pr post *1.5-2 + whatever time you use on other stuff than the forums (IM, posting on walls, etc).
