When sitting I "tremble"with my leg. I keep my toes on the floor and move my leg up and down real fast without losing touch with the floor untill the whole vicinity is shaking.

And when I sit in on meetings and get bored I start to do training excercises. I try and hold my legs up for as long as possible, or tighten every muscle and keep them so for 30 secs before releasing, then continueing...no none generally notices
