1. Crysis 2
The rest I won't rate highly as they are either tech demoish which means the scenes shown to the public are real time rendered technology demos which don't reflect on 95% of gameplay OR they have limited camera angle/control OR I haven't seen enough on them. Crysis looks fantastic near 100% of the time, its pointless comparing it to a game which only approaches its visual complexity a fraction of the time you'd realistically spend with it.
