Player Generated Content (User Generated Content) is a new term that's supposed to mean games where the primary content comes from the player and not the publisher. Youtube is User Generated Content. These Forums are User Generated Content.
Games where the primary content comes from the publisher/developer aren't Player Generated Content games.
