I absolutely love GOW's art style, so that would be my first pick.
My list looks like this.
1. God of War 3 (Best art syle/graphics combo in any game imo)
2. Mass Effect 2 (I just plain love how this game looks)
3. Assassins Creed 2
4. Last Guardian (Art style somewhat reminds me of Fable 2)
5. Splinter Cell: Conviction (game looks a lot like U2, with somewhat worse graphics)
6. Metal Gear Solid Rising-if its as good looking as MGS4 (which it most likely will be)
7. Lost Planet 2 (much improved over the first one, reminds me of Gears of War)
8. Crysis 2 (its extremely realistic but kinda boring in terms of art direction)
9. Heavy Rain (again very realistic but the game looks bland and boring to me)
10. Alan Wake (same as Heavy Rain)
11. FF XIII (shouldn't even be on this list, the game looks like garbage imo from what I have seen)
