I have a personal preference for the SC series as I was at one stage almost tourni level (frame rate counting spreadsheet fanatic).
4 was both decent and a dissapointment in some ways.
Positive:
* Amazing graphic
* Excellent animation
* Most characters are playable
* Revamped Ami (yay!)
* Good character creation mode
* A respectable amount of clothing
Negative:
* Nerfed Rapheal (with patch boo! he wasn't even top tier!)
* Star War characters (just plain stupid and didn't fit the theme)
* Poor story mode + ending
* Money pinching *locked characters and clothing already on the disk for DLC*
* Some character are WAY underpowered
* Ring out plays too much of a power game with certain player (Hild I'm looking at you)
* Final boss is bugged
* Poor netcode *SFIV was far superior*
8.7/10 - Still an excellent fighting game, friendly to newbie due to the inherit button msh friendly approach but far more deeper once you dived in and learn concept such as just frame, parry and frame advantage.
