I would say GT5 too, and that's bs that it's easy to get great graphics out of a driving game. GT5 is the ONLY stunning looking driving game, so i don't see where you are coming from at all. Driving games have complex physics engines, opponent AI, and damage to simulate. That all takes up as much processing power as the developer chooses to use and it is a balance between how good they want the game to look and how realistic they want it too be. So a game like GT5 that has both fantastic physics and graphics definitely deserves praise for it.

Crysis 2 will obviously be the game with the highest poly count, texture count, etc. But artistically i am not really seeing anything special at all.
