Step 1. Charge $249 preferably or at the very most $299. Make sure you make a profit on each console sale.
Step 2(a). Release it within a couple weeks of the next Xbox/Nintendo consoles.
Step 2(b). Worldwide simultaneous release. Don't fuck Europe again by having it out 6 months later in others.
Step 3. Great launch lineup. I'm thinking a Gran Turismo (6 or 7), A casual game like LBP, and a new IP by Insomniac or Naughty Dog would be EPIC!
Step 4. Use good advertising like they have been recently. None of those stupid commercials that came out earlier on.
