So far I have really liked the new updates. Last.fm is going to be great once I update my home theater sound! It works flawlessly and unlike Pandora.com, you can skip pretty much as many times as you want, I think. There's just a 10 second ad every 10 songs or so which was no problem.
Facebook is cool and works VERY well for showing photos and things. Loads a lot faster than on the web in this regard.
Zune HD streaming is superb. I think it can detect your screen settings via the Xbox console because when I ran my speed test it just said HD Streaming (only have 720p HDTV currently). I watched a movie and it played very smooth. There were a few moments where my connect fluctuated and you could see the picture adjust for a split second or two, but how it does this is amazingly fast and much preffered over the old Netflix method of stopping the entire video. I was using my 5.1 surround headset and the audio quality was also very very clear and superb.
