apple sure like to dis the pc in these commercials, really cheap... and what does that "customer satisfaction" cater? atleast not gaming and upgrading the computer since you have to buy a new one which is usually more expensive than getting as good pc. Macs also have the same problems pc's have. They break, have errors, macs even have viruses nowadays.
