Which is why I chose it really. The question essentially is whether you wouldtax cars to help your economy from what I can tell. The cheaper cars could have come from a nation 2 seconds away from invading, or our closest ally and that would have had a dramatic mpact on the decision making process. As it is phrased though, I can't see any other answers being good.
To answer your other question, yes I am essentially running Gnizmondia as I would any country. I am interested to see what "good" call sends it all down the crapper. Gniztopia I am trying to wreck, and wreck hard. It is going well so far.
