+ Nice cutscenes
+ Good graphics
+ Great voice-acting

+/- Story was okay.

- Sixaxis controls for aiming. It takes quite a while to used to aiming, and using the analog stick was much easier. Anyways, the sixaxis aiming thing was nice at first, but it got tiresome and old after a while. Too bad this aiming stuff was half of the game.
- Way too short.
- No replay value whatsoever.
- Extremely shallow, bland, depthless combat system compared to Ninja Gaiden, Devil May Cry and even God of War. You'll mostly be button mashing the square and triangle buttons. Sure you could hold the L1 or R1 button (don't remember which) to change your combat stance, but it's not very deep. Heavenly Sword has no personality in its combat. It feels like a very dumbed down GoW.
- Framerate problems
- Screen tearing
- Final boss fight was tedious.

Final Score: 4.0/10
